Terms of service
Last updated: 4 August 2026
1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the Datvero workflow-monitoring service and define the rights and obligations of Datvero and its users. Using the service means accepting the current terms.
2. Definitions
- Service: the Datvero platform and related monitoring features.
- User: the individual or organisation using the service.
- Account: the authenticated workspace associated with a user or organisation.
- Workflow: an automated process connected to or monitored by the service.
- Heartbeat: a signal sent to indicate that an instrumented point was reached.
3. Acceptance and updates
If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service. Material updates are published with a revised date and apply according to applicable notice requirements.
4. Registration and account security
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials and notify Datvero promptly of suspected unauthorised access. Each user is responsible for activity performed through their account within the limits of applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
- Do not interfere with service operation or attempt unauthorised access.
- Do not resell, reproduce or reverse-engineer protected parts except where law permits.
- Do not send secrets or unnecessary personal data in heartbeat metadata or logs.
6. Plans and billing
Features, limits and prices are shown on the pricing page at /pricing. Subscription cancellation takes effect under the billing conditions shown at purchase. Taxes and refund rights are handled according to the customer’s status and applicable law.
7. Availability
Datvero aims to provide a reliable service but does not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security events, internet dependencies and connected third-party platforms can affect access or data visibility.
8. Intellectual property
Datvero retains rights in the service, brand and original materials. Users retain rights in their own content and grant only the permissions needed to operate the requested service.
9. Data protection
Personal data is processed under the privacy policy at /privacy. Users are responsible for having a lawful basis for data they connect or transmit through monitored workflows.
10. Monitoring limitations and liability
Monitoring reduces detection time but cannot guarantee that a third-party platform is available or that a technically successful workflow produced a correct business result. Users remain responsible for reviewing alerts, validating destination data and controlling retries. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by law.
11. Suspension and termination
Datvero may suspend access needed to address security, unlawful use, unpaid fees or a material breach. On termination, access and retention follow the applicable plan, legal requirements and export or deletion procedures.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of mandatory rights in their country. The parties should seek an amicable solution before referring a dispute to the competent court.
