Privacy policy

Last updated: 4 August 2026

1. Scope

This policy explains how Datvero collects, uses, stores and protects personal data for its website and workflow-monitoring service. Datvero acts as controller for account, billing, support and product-operation data within the scope described here.

2. Data collected

  • Account information such as email, organisation name and password hash.
  • Technical information such as IP address, browser, connection timestamps and security events.
  • Monitoring metadata such as workflow name, status, timestamps, incidents and alert configuration.
  • Messages sent to support or through contact forms.

3. Purposes

  • Provide, secure and improve the service.
  • Authenticate users and administer organisations and subscriptions.
  • Monitor configured workflows and send requested alerts.
  • Respond to support and commercial enquiries.
  • Meet legal, accounting and security obligations.

4. Aggregate public-page measurement

On public pages only, Datvero counts page views and interactions in aggregate using the event type, page path and a broad source category. This measurement uses no analytics cookie, persistent identifier or fingerprint, honours Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control, and does not run on the dashboard or authentication pages. Read the IVRYN measurement methodology.

5. Legal bases

Processing relies, as applicable, on performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, Datvero’s legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, or consent for optional cookies and communications.

6. Retention

  • Account data: while the account is active and for the period needed to manage claims and legal duties.
  • Monitoring data: according to the selected plan and documented retention setting.
  • Billing records: for the statutory accounting period.
  • Cookie identifiers: for the duration stated in the cookie policy and no longer than legally permitted.

7. Recipients and processors

Datvero does not sell personal data. Data may be disclosed to contracted hosting, infrastructure, payment and support providers that need it to deliver their service, or to a competent authority when legally required.

8. Security

Datvero uses technical and organisational measures intended to protect data, including encrypted transport, password hashing, restricted access, secret handling and operational monitoring. No measure can provide an absolute security guarantee.

9. Your rights

Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, and may withdraw consent at any time. Contact contact@datvero.com. You may also complain to the CNIL or your competent supervisory authority.

10. Cookies

Cookies and local browser storage are described in the cookie policy at /cookies. Language is determined by the page URL; the site_locale cookie only remembers the language chosen from the footer and does not redirect automatically.

11. International transfers

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, Datvero uses an applicable transfer mechanism and supplementary safeguards where required.

12. Changes

Datvero may update this policy to reflect product, provider or legal changes. The updated version and date are published on this page.

13. Data contact

Privacy requests can be addressed to Victor Laybats at contact@datvero.com. Datvero may request information needed to verify the requester’s identity.
